ParkingBan uses a variety of services and technology for its online presense. All of the ParkingBan technology is housed on a server running FreeBSD. The Web site is driven by Apache, and ParkingBan: Blog is powered by Wordpress; all Web pages are XHTML 1.1 compliant. ParkingBan communicates with AOL Instant Messenger using the Oscar server platform with Perl, MySQL, and XML.
